How to activate:
1. Leaving Thermabliss Poultice inside, tear pouch top off.
2. Add handwash-warm water up to top pouch window, ensuring poultice in completely submerged.
3. Squeeze poultice in pouch 3-4 times to absorb the water and set aside for 3 minutes to allow poultice to heat.
4. Lift poultice toward top of pouch and squeeze out excess water before using.
5. Check temperature of poultice on forearm prior to use.
6. For consistant treatment temperature, poultice should be in nearly continuous use.  If temperature becomes too
    warm, drizzle remaining water from pouch over top of poultice.
